COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,  our warehouses in China and our shipping partners has adapted modified practices to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Global shipments are being impacted due to this reason.

All shipments from our warehouses in China may take extra days for processing and same applies to our shipping partners. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel’s arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping time varies by location. COVID-19 pandemic, it is not possible to guarantee the shipping time. These are our best estimates based on all good conditions:

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
